We hope to see you soon!
Gastronomy and art mixed in a unique atmosphere for your senses. Architecture, music, sculpture and painting merge in a magic pot … where we wait for you with the hospitality and the good work of 19 years at your service.
Since our opening, we broke with the concept of traditional menu, no matter if it is day or night; we treat your dishes like they were a la carte, both in the preparation, and presentation. Our Paella with Aioli and Bacalao al pil pil are both especially famous…
Emilio Puertas, Vicente y Fernando Roscubas, Dora Salazar, Karen Amaya, Lydia Martínez y Rafa Aceves (Pianist), among others will make your visit something unforgettable.
And sometimes, you will be surprised… even more.
Remember that until November 15 when we will change to the Christmas 2023 menu you have available our Kasko and Sustraiak Tasting menus, as great as always.
The lamps are the work of Dora Salazar, one of the most recognized sculptors of the state and the most recognized from Euskal Herria, and have been awarded with several international prizes.
We invite you to enjoy our musical evenings with Live Jazz every Sunday from 19:30 to 22:30 pm our Pianist header daily from 20:00 to 22:00 h.
That same spirit of innovation which we treat menus, is also reflected in our carte, based on a Basque cuisine open to the world, which seeks to surprise with a variety of sauces, creating fun dishes. This is how we create fusion cuisine, with recipes of all countries, but “without losing the North”
There is also a significant presence of vegan dishes, both in letter and menus, both day and night.
